I'm a real bookworm. I love books, it runs in the family. I've read a good amount of books, usually they are all about fantasy. Like demons, wizards, vampires, and werewolves, etc... If you've read one of the following then please tell me, I'd love to discuss them.
Well, here's my list:
-Harry Potter series (all seven) -Stravaganza trilogy -Eragon (obviously the ones that have been published) -Twilight and the ones to follow -Percy Jackson and the Olympyans -Inkheart & Inkspell -City of Bones (by Cassandra Clare) -Pride and Prejudice -Raven's Gate and it's sequel -The Legend of Zorro - Storm Thief
*And a whole lot more to come, that and I've forgotten the rest and I am too lazy to go check into my closet aka the abyss of no return!

Dorian Gray is one of those books I have always wanted to read, just never got around to. I'm reading the Barsoom books by Edgar Rice Burroughs right now.

It's really pretty, but I have to really focus because of the old school language. Barnes and Nobles made it so it has one or two words/whatever defined for you in the footnotes. It's really lovely though, I wanna steal bits of it for my Facebook status all the time. It doesn't normally take me this long to finish a book but..

I know what you mean about the language. I recently got an ebook reader, but because of a lack of money I'm using it to read a lot of older public domain books where the language isn't always the easiest to understand.

I finally finished a few weeks ago and it wasn't before Christmas sadly. Strangely, i haven't picked up something else yet. The only book on my shelf is Anne of Green Gables and I've never read it. Guess I should, it came prepackaged with The Secret Garden and A Little Princess.

The wife reads to me, almost every night. In the middle of one of the Anita Blake books right now, but I forget the name. Perhaps the newest one?

In regards to the first poster's list, maybe try The Dresdan Files? Its like..........Adult Harry Potter meets detective novels. By Jim Butcher, pretty good. Currently reading hard boiled wonderland and the end of the world by Haruki Murakami.
